Description
The Maintenance Associate will support the hotel maintenance department by inspecting rooms and facilities, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining grounds and exterior areas, testing fire alarms and emergency lighting, documenting repairs and inspections, responding to guest service requests, performing deep cleaning, and maintaining the pool. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, basic hand-tool experience, mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. It is a permanent full-time position in Matagami, Quebec, with flexible shifts, physical lifting requirements, and compensation including bonuses and a benefits package.
