Description
The Groundskeeper is responsible for cultivating and maintaining the grounds and yard surrounding a facility, including landscaping, minor exterior maintenance, and assisting with repairs. The role requires unsupervised work, availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions, stand for up to eight hours, and lift up to 60 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, while previous landscaping experience is advantageous.
