Description
The role performs scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs in hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including mattress flipping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, bathroom cleaning, appliance checks, light-fixture work, grout and caulking inspections, and equipment maintenance. The position also reports serious maintenance problems and safety hazards, follows safety and security procedures, and provides basic guest-service support. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and less than one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
