Description
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, lighting, pools, and other building systems. The role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, guest requests, safety and quality compliance, cost control, inventory management, and occasional renovations or projects. It requires a high school diploma or related vocational training, at least one year of maintenance experience, heavy lifting ability, fluent English, and knowledge of hotel systems; hotel experience and CPO certification are preferred. The position may work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
