Sandhurst Apartment Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance at an apartment community, including preparing apartments for move-in, responding to service requests, reporting maintenance problems, maintaining community conditions, and supporting the supervisor and annual budget. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC and CPO certifications, general maintenance knowledge, effective communication, and one year of maintenance experience; weekend, after-hours, and holiday work may be required.
