Description
The Maintenance role is responsible for keeping an assigned building in optimal condition through scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment, maintaining a service level above 95%, and tracking maintenance time through daily reports. The position requires a high school diploma, technical knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, construction, and painting, plus specified experience in commercial maintenance, electricity, air conditioning and plumbing, and construction. Applicants must have at least six months of tenure in their current position and no administrative penalties in the last 90 days.
