UMH Properties, Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance person for its Candlewick Court Community. The role performs community groundskeeping, home and lot repairs, vehicle and equipment inspections, snow removal, hazardous-chemical training, and emergency response, while working indoors and outdoors Monday through Friday. The position requires a valid driver’s license, broad experience in home repairs, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and heavy equipment, and includes overtime, weekend and holiday work, and in-person attendance.
