Description
The Maintenance Worker reports to the Director of Operations and/or Operations Supervisor and performs routine and comprehensive general maintenance and cleaning of the facility and equipment. Responsibilities include janitorial work, groundskeeping, snow removal, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, safety inspections, work-order documentation, limited front-desk coverage, visitor screening, CCTV and fire-alarm monitoring, and client relocations. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least one year of building maintenance and janitorial experience; CPR and First Aid within three months of hire; and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
