Description
The Maintenance Worker reports to the Director of Operations and/or Operations Supervisor and performs routine and comprehensive general maintenance and cleaning of the facility and equipment. Responsibilities include janitorial work, groundskeeping, snow removal, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, safety inspections, work-order documentation, limited front-desk coverage, and client relocations. The role requires at least one year of building maintenance and janitorial experience, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the employee must work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
