Description
The Maintenance Attendant supports the overall maintenance, safety, functionality, and appearance of a hotel’s physical property. The role performs daily inspections, responds to guest and operational requests, conducts repairs and preventative maintenance across building systems, coordinates vendors, documents work, and supports energy conservation and safety compliance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, general maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial facilities, or multifamily housing, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position pays $21.00–$26.00 per hour and includes a 401(k) with company matching and an employee travel discount program.
