Description
Lucid is hiring a Maintenance Automation Sr. Engineer (PLC) to lead the design, programming, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of robotic, PLC, HMI, and SCADA automation systems in a high-volume automotive paint shop. The role covers major paint processes, robotic path programming, MES and traceability integration, safety and quality compliance, predictive maintenance, and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or automation field and 6–8 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots in an automotive paint shop or OEM/Tier 1 environment.
