Mitchell Plastics is hiring a Maintenance Automation Technician/Electrician in Charlestown, Indiana, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves identifying and repairing unsafe conditions, performing electrical work, maintaining assembly machines and equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, supporting production start-ups and changeovers, documenting repairs, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates must have knowledge of pneumatic circuits and PLC-based equipment, the ability to troubleshoot pneumatic, electric, and mechanical systems, experience with machining tools, welding, injection machines, and the ability to read and update electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
