Passavant Memorial Homes is hiring an independent Maintenance Contractor in the Harmar area to maintain residential community homes, offices, and associated facilities. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general HVAC, drywall repair, painting, tiling, grounds maintenance, trimming, and equipment operation. Contractors are paid $40 per hour and receive an IRS Form 1099; additional snow-ploughing and salting compensation may be available. Applicants must have relevant maintenance experience, own tools, be at least 21, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, a Pennsylvania contractor’s license number, and pass a background check.
