Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking an independent Maintenance Contractor for community homes, offices, and facilities in the Harmar/Rochester, Pennsylvania area. The contractor will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, tiling, grounds maintenance, equipment operation, and potentially snow plowing and salting. The role is paid $40 per hour on a 1099 basis and requires personal tools, a Pennsylvania contractor license number, liability insurance, a driver's license, background screening, and winter on-call availability.
