Encode, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Control Representative to support the MH-139 program. The role coordinates, plans, organizes, and controls aircraft maintenance and repairs, releases aircraft for flight, supervises maintenance efforts on assigned shifts, inspects aircraft, certifies logbook entries, and coordinates maintenance control responsibilities. The position requires rotating shifts, travel for detachments, O-level experience, Exceptional Release experience, strong communication and prioritization skills, and an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. Minimum qualifications include at least three years of aircraft maintenance experience supporting configuration management and release for flight, and at least five years of experience in airplane operational and organizational processes in maintenance or flight operations.
