Description
The Maintenance Control Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Control Manager and is responsible for coordinating and monitoring aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and managing the Maintenance Control Department personnel. This role involves overseeing all processes and procedures to optimize information distribution, recruiting and training staff, and collaborating with other departments to enhance efficiency and teamwork. The supervisor also monitors aircraft status, develops maintenance plans, and provides real-time recovery support for out-of-service aircraft, ensuring high dispatch reliability and effective communication with executive management.
