Description
FleetPartners is seeking a Maintenance Controller to manage maintenance and repair outcomes for a national fleet. This role involves assessing repairs, diagnosing issues, acting as a technical SME for commercial vehicles, building supplier relationships, managing work authorities, and supporting cost control. The ideal candidate will have a motor mechanics trade qualification or equivalent, hands-on workshop experience or prior maintenance controller experience, strong problem-solving skills, mechanical knowledge, communication confidence, intermediate computer skills, and experience with medium to heavy commercial vehicles.
