Description
The Maintenance Controller manages aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, records, customer communications, warranty and claims, technical data validation, and IFEC system troubleshooting for globally supported aircraft. The role coordinates with internal and external customers, resolves maintenance discrepancies, documents work, and supports 24/7/365 coverage on a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an FAA Airframe Certificate or equivalent, at least five years of aviation maintenance experience or two years of IFEC experience, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
