Description
The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance technicians, supports equipment uptime and reliability, prioritizes preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, coaches personnel, leads root-cause investigations, partners with production, engineering, and quality teams, and monitors maintenance KPIs. The role requires at least five years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, strong troubleshooting and leadership skills, and experience with electrical schematics, ladder logic, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office. Preferred experience includes stamping or weld-assembly operations, PLC programming, industrial robotics, and automotive manufacturing.
