8Fleet is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Manager in San Francisco and San Diego to keep its rideshare fleet ready for operation. The role owns preventive maintenance schedules, coordinates repairs, manages repair shops and vendors, directs Fleet Specialists, tracks vehicle downtime and costs, maintains records and inspections, and escalates safety issues. Candidates need at least three years of fleet, automotive, or vehicle maintenance experience, vendor-management experience, fleet software familiarity, availability for a 24-hour operation, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is a base salary of $71,000–$75,000 plus equity.
