Description
The Maintenance Planner/Parts Coordinator plans and adjusts weekly preventive and reactive maintenance schedules for three shifts, creates and closes work orders, coordinates with maintenance, production, and vendor teams, manages parts inventory and the parts room, generates purchase orders, supports Kanban systems, and uses a CMMS to track work and analyze downtime. The role requires 5–7 years of maintenance experience, maintenance planning and procurement experience, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of machine, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
