Description
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor leads electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, oversees maintenance orders and equipment improvement projects, and manages a team of maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, validating work activities, monitoring performance and timekeeping, scheduling vacations, applying disciplinary measures when necessary, and ensuring safe and productive operations. The role requires higher education in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or a similar engineering field, intermediate Microsoft Office and SAP skills, and preferably prior experience in the role.
