Geotab is hiring a full-time, fully on-site Maintenance Coordinator to maintain and repair office facilities across Oakville, Waterloo, Toronto, and other Geotab locations. The role performs routine and emergency maintenance, coordinates with property management and vendors, manages facility requests in Jira, supports office moves and events, monitors supplies and tools, and provides on-call and after-hours support. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent experience, one to three years of relevant facilities or janitorial experience, minor-repair ability, strong organization and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. The annual base salary is CAD 48,800–60,300.
