Cape & Coast Premier Properties is hiring a full-time Maintenance Coordinator in Cape San Blas, Florida, to support field operations by dispatching and tracking maintenance tasks, coordinating vendors, managing service requests and reports, supporting inventory and emergency preparedness, and collaborating with maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, reservations, and owner services. The role requires strong organization, communication, technology adaptability, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; prior dispatching, property operations, maintenance coordination, or vendor scheduling experience is a plus. Compensation is $19.00 per hour plus a performance-based bonus, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
