The role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, inspections, landscaping, cleaning, water and energy efficiency, meeting and event setup, and security checks. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of general maintenance experience, a valid Texas driver’s license, and English proficiency.
