Description
The role leads and directs daily industrial or institutional maintenance activities, including team motivation, work-request progress reporting, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, safety rounds, regulatory awareness, energy conservation, process improvement, and support for hospital or departmental initiatives. It requires at least five years of industrial or institutional maintenance experience, maintenance and life-safety training, maintenance work-order software experience, and a valid SC driver's license.
