The role covers operation, maintenance, and servicing of plants and infrastructure; inspection planning; contract and supplier management; coordination and supervision of external contractors; maintenance planning and control; scheduling and monitoring of inspection and maintenance plans; audit participation; KPI monitoring; and ensuring timely, cost- and quality-compliant technical services. Applicants need master craftsman training as a plant mechanic specializing in sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning technology, extensive professional experience, strong communication and organizational skills, German proficiency, and excellent English skills. The position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff pay, allowances and bonuses, a 35-hour workweek, and 30 days of annual leave.
