The Maintenance Director at Monarch Healthcare Management oversees all maintenance operations for a healthcare or skilled nursing facility, including facility safety, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water/sewage, fire alarm systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment and supply inventory, contractor coordination, regulatory compliance, inspections, and quality assurance. The role supervises and develops maintenance staff, requires a boiler license and thorough general maintenance knowledge, and prefers healthcare or senior living experience plus a Minnesota Engineer-Class C license.
