Description
The Maintenance Director will oversee the physical plant and maintenance operations of a senior living community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, renovations, capital projects, cross-department coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably related trade or associate education, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, technical knowledge of building systems, problem-solving skills, physical ability, and strong communication.
