Maintenance Director at Allegro Fort Lauderdale at Foundry

The Maintenance Director will assist the Executive Director in maintaining and operating the physical aspects of a community, organizing, directing, and supervising the maintenance program. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling maintenance personnel, preparing budgets, coordinating contractors, overseeing life-safety and HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with company, federal, state, and local requirements. The role requires at least 18 years of age, two years of maintenance-related experience in senior living, hospitality, apartment complexes, or a similar background, a valid driver’s license, and a positive criminal background screening.
