Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Maintenance Director to oversee building repairs, preventative and scheduled maintenance, resident-admission and discharge room preparation, regulatory compliance, inventory, equipment, budgets, and workplace safety in a long-term care facility. The role requires handyman skills for basic repairs, strong organizational and communication abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or long-term-care maintenance experience and life-safety-code knowledge are preferred but not required. Pay starts at $24 per hour, with benefits including PTO, holiday pay, retirement, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
