Description
Canada Malting is hiring a 3rd or 4th-year Maintenance Electrical Apprentice for its Thunder Bay malting plant. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial electrical equipment; supporting PLC and SCADA programs; interpreting electrical schematics; and following safety and quality procedures. The apprentice must be registered in the Industrial Electrician or Construction and Maintenance Electrician trade, have safety-experience, and be in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario. The schedule is a 4–10-hour day shift with one week on call every 5–6 weeks, and the position offers healthcare, pension, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
