Description
The Electrical Controls & Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic, and automated control systems in a food manufacturing facility. The role supports production by maintaining PLC- and HMI-controlled processing and packaging equipment, diagnosing industrial networks and instrumentation, executing preventive maintenance, coordinating equipment installation and upgrades, documenting repairs in a CMMS, and responding to production breakdowns. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of industrial electrical or controls maintenance experience, PLC and HMI troubleshooting ability, knowledge of 480V power distribution and motor controls, and adherence to electrical safety and food-safety requirements.
