Talentus is recruiting a Maintenance Electromechanic to maintain and operate workshop equipment, support technicians, coordinate materials and parts with logistics and warehouse teams, perform maintenance at partner sites, and train staff on safety procedures. The role is permanent, full-time, and offers a day shift; the stated salary is indicative and subject to discussion during interviews. Candidates need at least five years of industrial maintenance-mechanic experience, a technical A2 qualification or bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, English proficiency, and openness to travel outside Belgium.
