Charter Casting is hiring an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for a second-shift, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to midnight schedule at its Shawano, Wisconsin facility. The role troubleshoots and maintains electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, control, and HVAC systems; performs preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, repairs, and wiring; and supports the Electromechanical Technician I learning program. The position pays $36 per hour plus experience and education adjustments, offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, full-time stable hours, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
