Description
FITS is seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing and maintenance operations in the pharmaceutical or medical-device industry. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, two years of relevant experience, bilingual Spanish and English ability, and familiarity with systems, Maximo, purchase orders, and cGMP procedures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting processes and equipment, supervising manufacturing operations, supporting deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, training, and new product introductions, and applying engineering principles to system modifications and capital projects.
