Description
Winbro is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for its Shepshed manufacturing facility to support planned maintenance, production breakdowns, preventive maintenance, plant availability, and continuous improvement. The role assists the maintenance team leader, coordinates with production personnel, maintains repair records in the FiiX system, and supports building maintenance. Candidates need at least an HND, 2+ years of experience maintaining PC-based CNC machine tools, drive systems, EDM, milling, or VIPER grinding, and basic electrical knowledge; a mechanical or electrical bias is preferred.
