BiOrigin Specialty Products is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for its East Hartford, Connecticut paper mill. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, planning preventive and predictive maintenance, managing work orders and maintenance records in a CMMS, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, supporting capital and reliability projects, coordinating contractors and vendors, and improving maintenance processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related technical field, three to five years of relevant experience, and experience in continuous manufacturing; paper industry experience is preferred.
