Description
The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly-line equipment, supports installation and commissioning, conducts root-cause analysis and Poka-Yoke improvements, troubleshoots failures, and coordinates with production and engineering teams. It also drives continuous improvement, safety, quality, and equipment-reliability initiatives. The minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 1–3 years of maintenance or production-equipment experience, knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, basic PLC and electrical-control knowledge, technical-drawing ability, and English proficiency.
