Description
The Cable Production Equipment Maintenance Engineer performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and optimization of cable manufacturing equipment such as extruders, stranding machines, braiding machines, armoring equipment, and testing devices. The role also supports installation and commissioning, develops maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures, manages spare parts and costs, maintains repair records, and collaborates with production, quality, suppliers, and external technicians while complying with EHS standards. Candidates should have a degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering or a related field, familiarity with cable manufacturing, PLC and inverter repair skills, fault-diagnosis ability, and experience with testing tools.
