Description
The role is responsible for maintaining and improving die attach bonders, wire bonders, welders, ovens, testers, and related equipment; leading a group of technicians; implementing cost reduction; preparing and performing equipment setup and buy-off; coordinating with vendors, process engineers, and production teams; improving yield and UPH; and supporting ISO compliance and continuous improvement. The position requires an engineering degree, relevant networking, test-process, or product-transfer experience, familiarity with product development and release, basic test methodology and schematic-reading skills, and experience with fiber-optic or laser products. It is 100% onsite.
