Description
The role is responsible for maintaining and improving die attach bonders, wire bonders, welders, ovens, testers, and related equipment; leading a group of technicians; implementing cost reduction and continual improvement activities; preparing and performing equipment setup and buy-off; coordinating with vendors, process engineers, and production teams; and improving yield and UPH. The position requires an engineering degree, relevant networking, test-process, or product-transfer experience, familiarity with product development and test methodologies, the ability to read electronic schematics and mechanical drawings, and experience with fiber-optic or laser products. It is 100% onsite.
