Description
The Maintenance Engineer will lead maintenance and facilities activities for Eaton’s Ankara sites in Temelli and Sincan, including daily operations, project work, equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, safety compliance, personnel development, contractor and budget management, and asset lifecycle planning. The role reports to the Maintenance Leader and requires a mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics degree, at least three years of manufacturing and maintenance experience, metal fabrication experience, SAP experience, and TPM implementation experience.
