Description
The Tooling Specialist oversees the design, manufacturing, testing, and validation of tooling for new automotive programs, ensuring compliance with HSE and quality objectives. The role also develops maintenance plans and spare-parts analyses, trains toolmakers, resolves complex tooling issues, analyzes failures and maintenance costs, implements continuous-improvement and engineering-change actions, and coordinates refurbishment projects. Candidates should have a mechanical or technical degree, proven tooling and project-management experience, machining expertise, quality and HSE knowledge, and professional English. The salary range is EUR 50,000–55,000.
