Description
Molex is hiring a Maintenance Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production-line equipment. The role leads safety and environmental compliance, supports continuous improvement and TPM/5S activities, diagnoses equipment failures, maintains documentation, and collaborates with production, safety, and engineering teams. Candidates need experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems, along with knowledge of PLCs, robots, inverters, electrical schematics, and Mexican health, safety, and environmental standards.
