The Maintenance Engineer provides technical and preventive maintenance for hotel equipment, building systems, guest rooms, pool facilities, and exterior grounds. The role includes routine repairs, electrical and plumbing work, HVAC and pool maintenance, furniture refurbishment, heavy machinery operation, troubleshooting, work-order completion, guest and staff support, and coordination with other departments.
