The Maintenance Engineer provides technical and preventive maintenance for hotel equipment, building systems, guest rooms, and grounds. Responsibilities include routine repairs, electrical and plumbing work, HVAC and pool maintenance, furniture refurbishment, heavy machinery operation, troubleshooting, work-order completion, guest and staff support, and maintaining safe and orderly work areas.
