Description
The role is responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment, conducting daily inspections, installing and commissioning new machinery, documenting equipment for ISO9000 and EHS requirements, designing and verifying jigs and fixtures, troubleshooting equipment, supporting production with product and process issues, leading RBS Kaizen and Pokayoke initiatives, controlling shutdowns and TPM rates, and implementing maintenance plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical automation, mechanical, or mechatronics chemistry, at least three years of equipment maintenance experience, at least three years of testing engineering experience, PLC operation and programming knowledge, familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, English proficiency, and strong hands-on debugging and repair skills.
