Tempo-Team is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a client, Jacques IJs, in Westerlo. The role leads preventive maintenance planning and strategy, manages maintenance systems, coordinates major shutdowns, performs failure analysis and mechanical improvements, coaches technicians, supervises contractors, and advises on asset reliability and technical investments. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or an equivalent production experience, at least three years of maintenance or engineering experience, knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance management, CAD, and MS Office, plus fluent Dutch and English.
