The role involves managing subcontractor assistance, responding to tenant service work orders, collaborating with the Property Manager and Chief Engineer, and maintaining cleanliness in various building areas. The engineer must monitor energy system equipment, ensure fire/life/safety compliance, and participate in an on-call rotation.
